Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 12-2-2025
At Nyayadhara International Journal of Legal Research, we strive to provide the best service and experience to our readers and contributors. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchases or submissions.
1. Journal Subscriptions
Once a subscription has been purchased to access any of the articles, issues, or resources of Nyayadhara International Journal of Legal Research, it is considered final. As digital content cannot be returned or "undownloaded," we do not offer refunds on journal subscriptions.
Exceptions:
- If you encounter an issue with accessing the journal after purchase or subscription activation, please contact us within 7 days. Our technical support team will assist in resolving the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued at the discretion of the journal's management team.
2. Article Submission Fees
Submission fees are charged to cover administrative and processing costs for considering research articles for publication in the journal. Once a submission is completed and the fee has been paid, it is non-refundable.
Exceptions:
- If the journal fails to meet the advertised timeline for reviewing submissions, you may request a refund, subject to approval.
- If there is a clerical or technical error in the submission process, please contact us immediately to request a resolution or refund.
3. Return Clause for Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do understand that there may be specific circumstances under which a return may be requested.
Conditions for Return of Digital Content:
- Incorrect Product/Content: If you receive a digital issue or content that is not as described (e.g., an incorrect issue, missing pages, or faulty content), you may request a return. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase, and we will either provide a replacement issue or grant a refund.
- Technical Errors: If you are unable to access the digital content due to technical errors (not related to your device or internet), you may request a return. In this case, we will work to resolve the issue or issue a full refund if we are unable to rectify the problem.
4. Article Rejection or Withdrawal
- Rejected Articles: If an article is rejected, no refund will be issued as the submission fee covers the editorial and review process.
- Withdrawn Articles: If a submitting author wishes to withdraw an article before it has been published, the article may be withdrawn, but no refund will be issued for the submission fee.
5. Damaged or Faulty Digital Content
If you receive a corrupted or damaged file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either provide a replacement issue or access to the correct digital version at no extra cost.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please contact our support team at nyayadharajournal@gmail.com. Provide the following information:
- Your name
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshot of errors or issues)
