He earned his LL.D. from Lucknow University (2012) and holds LL.M., LL.B., and B.Sc. degrees from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. A UGC-NET qualified academic, he has held key positions in legal education, including Assistant Professor at the University of Lucknow (2005-2013) and Lecturer at Bareilly College (2000-2005), before joining Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in 2013, where he became a Professor in 2016.
