Holding an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Amity University, Lucknow, Jitendra Singh brings a blend of academic knowledge and practical insights to legal research. Vishesh Yadav holds a BALLB from Lucknow University (2023) and an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Amity University, Lucknow (2024). With hands-on experience in court proceedings and a keen interest in legal research, he has already contributed to the field with his published work. Combining his legal expertise with technical proficiency, Vishesh ensures a seamless and innovative publication process. Dedicated to advancing legal scholarship, he plays a pivotal role in maintaining the journal's standards of excellence.

Prof. (Dr.) Manish Singh is a distinguished legal scholar with over two decades of academic and research experience. An expert in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and legal studies, he has made significant contributions to legal academia through his extensive research and publications in national and international journals.

He earned his LL.D. from Lucknow University (2012) and holds LL.M., LL.B., and B.Sc. degrees from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. A UGC-NET qualified academic, he has held key positions in legal education, including Assistant Professor at the University of Lucknow (2005-2013) and Lecturer at Bareilly College (2000-2005), before joining Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in 2013, where he became a Professor in 2016.

Beyond academia, Dr. Singh is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA/2518) and a recognized Facilitator for Patents with CGPDTM, DPIIT, Government of India. He actively engages in legal research, policy development, and mentoring scholars, bringing a wealth of expertise to the editorial board of our journal.

Dr. Sushma Singh is an esteemed Associate Professor at the Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, with over 13 years of distinguished experience in both teaching and litigation. She holds a Ph.D., LL.M., and B.A. LL.B. from MDU, Rohtak, and is UGC NET JRF qualified. A certified mediator, Dr. Singh has successfully resolved over 30 out of 50 cases, showcasing her exceptional skills in dispute resolution. She was honored by the Chief Justice of India, Justice (Dr.) D.Y. Chandrachud, for her authored book and has delivered presentations at more than 40 national and international conferences.
Dr. Singh has an impressive record of 45 research papers, including publications in SCOPUS, UGC-CARE-listed, and peer-reviewed journals, along with several book chapters. She has also authored two books and edited two others. Specializing in Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Mediation, White-Collar Crimes, and Crimes Against Women and Children, Dr. Singh is widely recognized for her unwavering dedication and passion for her field, making significant contributions to legal scholarship and practice.

Dr. Andreja Mihailovic is a distinguished academic, researcher, and consultant specializing in business and criminal law, cybersecurity, cybercrime, and digital investigations. She is a faculty member at the University of Montenegro and a guest lecturer at University College Cork (UCC), Ireland.

A British Scholarship Trust scholar, she conducted PhD research at the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2017, receiving advanced training in cybersecurity and digital governance across Europe. She has published extensively in leading journals and contributed to major projects on corporate social responsibility, policy reforms, and cybersecurity education.

She coordinated the Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Center (WB3C) project, backed by France and Slovenia, to strengthen cyber resilience in the region. Recognized as a digitization expert by Montenegro’s Human Resources Administration, she trains government officials in cybersecurity.

Dr. Mihailovic is a member of the European Law Institute (ELI), the Executive Academic Board of the European Security and Defense College (ESDC), and President of Women4Cyber Montenegro.

Her expertise in law, cybersecurity, and digital policy makes her a valuable member of the Editorial Board of our journal.

Dr. Ajeet Singh is an esteemed legal scholar with over 15 years of academic experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Shri Venkteshwara University, with his research focusing on domestic violence against women. He completed his LL.M. from CCS University, Meerut, and qualified UGC NET in Law. Throughout his career, he has served as an Assistant Professor at several reputed law colleges before attaining the position of Associate Professor.
Dr. Singh has contributed significantly to legal academia as a research supervisor, mentoring scholars in their doctoral pursuits. He has held key administrative roles, including Moot Court Convenor and Exam Superintendent. His scholarly contributions include research papers presented at national and international conferences on topics such as constitutional remedies for violence against women and judicial activism in environmental law.

His extensive publication record in UGC-recognized journals covers areas like jurisprudence, domestic violence, and maintenance laws in India.
With his deep expertise in legal research and policy discussions, Dr. Ajeet Singh brings valuable academic insight to the editorial board, furthering the journal’s commitment to advancing legal scholarship and discourse.

Dr. Shova Devi is an esteemed academician and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Lucknow (ALSL), Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. Before joining ALSL, she was a faculty member at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. She holds a Ph.D. from the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (West Bengal), India.
With a strong orientation toward research, Dr. Devi has presented her work at various national and international platforms and delivered invited lectures at esteemed institutions. She has an extensive publication record, including research papers in reputed national and international journals, with several indexed in Scopus. She has also actively contributed to academia by hosting certificate courses and serving as both a speaker and Course Coordinator.
Her research interests span multiple domains, including Human Rights, Intellectual Property Rights, International Trade and Commercial Law, and Environmental Law. As a dedicated scholar, Dr. Devi continues to contribute significantly to legal research and education, making an impact through her academic endeavors and editorial contributions.

Dr. Neel Mani Tripathi is an accomplished academician and administrative officer with a Ph.D. in Law and post-doctoral training in Criminology. He brings over five years of experience in conducting and publishing academic research on criminal justice, human rights, and constitutional law. Dr. Tripathi has also served as an Assistant Professor at Nirma University for five months, demonstrating his dedication to legal education. With strong communication, analytical, and research skills, Dr. Tripathi is passionate about advancing the fields of law and criminology through innovation, collaboration, and education. His core competencies include legal analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. As an academic leader, he applies his expertise to manage legal compliance, risk assessment, and policy development projects effectively. Driven by a mission to contribute to social and economic development, Dr. Tripathi is committed to providing ethical, effective, and evidence-based legal solutions and insights.

Dr. Parineeta Goswami is a dedicated legal academic specializing in Corporate Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Arbitration, and Banking & Insurance Law. She brings extensive teaching experience from institutions like Manipal University and SRM University, along with industry exposure in corporate law.
She holds a Ph.D. from RGNUL, Patiala, with research focused on India’s Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law. Additionally, she earned her LL.M. (Silver Medalist) from Amity University.

Dr. Goswami has published 46 scholarly works, including SCOPUS-indexed articles, books, and conference papers. A recipient of prestigious accolades such as the UGC JRF and the Shri Baljit Shastri Award, she is committed to legal research, student mentorship, and public legal education through SWAYAM Prabha lectures. Her fresh perspective and dedication make her a valuable asset to the Editorial Board.

Mr. Puru Pratap Singh is a committed legal academician and practitioner with extensive experience as a lawyer. His deep-rooted passion for legal education brought him back to academia, where he currently serves as an Assistant Professor at IPEM Law Academy, Ghaziabad, following teaching roles at GNALSAR, GNIOT Group of Institutions, and Vivek College of Law.

A UGC-NET qualified scholar, he is pursuing a Ph.D. at CCS University, Meerut, specializing in Criminal Law. He holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law (CCS University), an LL.B. (Meerut College), and a B.Sc. (Vardhman College, Bijnor).
Mr. Singh has authored multiple research papers and actively engages in national and international conferences. Despite being relatively new to full-time teaching, his dedication, mentorship, and innovative approach make him a valuable addition to the Editorial Board.

Kiprop Evans is a distinguished researcher in Criminology and Criminal Justice, with a strong commitment to exploring issues related to crime, victimization, and justice systems. As an experienced trainer and speaker, he actively contributes to the advancement of criminal justice through education, research, and advocacy.

He is a member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Justice Educators (effective January 2025), where he focuses on crime and justice-related research. Additionally, he serves as a full-time researcher at Tum and Associates Advocates, a leading legal firm in Nairobi County, Kenya, enriching its work with his insights into criminal justice and policy development. His research interests include Criminology, Criminal Justice, and Victimization, and he has published scholarly work on religion and crime in Kenya.
